  • Event Planning Support: Assist in planning and coordinating a variety of events, from internal team gatherings to industry fairs and presentations
  • Logistics Coordination: Play a role in organizing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment setup
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure cohesive event branding and messaging
  • Content Creation: Contribute to creating event materials, presentations, and promotional content that effectively communicate our vision
  • Guest Engagement: Participate in engaging with event attendees, ensuring their positive experience and addressing any inquiries.


  • Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for event organization and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams (German, English)
  • Creativity and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to event planning.
